What power factor do I need for Open major?
USPSA major is 165 PF. Formula Major and Formula I Major are loaded to a true 170 PF so you have margin at the chrono without an unnecessarily harsh load.
Standard or Plus?
Start with Standard. Plus is formulated slightly hotter for open guns that want more gas to keep the dot flat. The sample pack includes both so you can chrono and compare in your gun.
Do you make 38 Super Comp?
Yes. Formula Major in 38 SC and Formula I Major in 38 SC are 124 gr JHP loads at 170 PF. Formula I Major is built from Infinity's own load data for their pistols.
Is 9mm Major legal in Open?
Yes, Open division allows 9mm major. Always verify your gun and ammunition combination is safe and confirm power factor on a chronograph.
