Auto-ship questions
How much do I save with auto-ship?
Each plan shows its saving next to the cadence on the product page, for example 10% off every delivery on the 4-week plan. The discount applies to the ammunition price; shipping, hazmat and tax are charged as on any order.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Open Subscriptions in your account to skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel. Changes made before the next billing date take effect on that delivery. Subscriptions bought through the store's Shopify subscriptions app are managed in your Shopify account page, which the same screen links to.
Do I still have to confirm eligibility?
Yes. Every ammunition order, including each subscription delivery, is sold only to buyers 21 or older who are legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition at the shipping address, ships ground to eligible US addresses with an adult signature, and is final sale.
What happens if my load is out of stock?
Shopify holds the delivery until stock returns and emails you; you are not charged for a delivery that does not ship. You can switch cadence or cancel in the meantime.
Can I change grain weight or pack size later?
Cancel the current subscription and start a new one with the variant you want; the new one begins with its first delivery right away. Changing the variant inside an existing subscription is a Shopify account feature where the store's subscription app supports it.
Is shipping free on subscriptions?
No. Ammunition ships ground with an adult signature and hazmat handling, and those costs are charged at checkout on every delivery exactly as on a one-time order.
